Listened from 1505-1539 utc. Best signal of the morning was JOUK 1503 with a fair signal when checking the channel. Station under VOA 1575 again this morning. Sounded like pop music.

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Namyang, 1506 weak signal with music. Still weak with music at 1525. NW ewe. 11/30/2013  

1287  JAPAN, Sapporo, HBC JOHR 1522 very weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 11/30/2013
1503  JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1509 fair signal with man in Japanese. Fair at 1535 NW ewe. 11/30/2013

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1511 weak signal man in Chinese. NW ewe. 11/30/2013

1575  THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1511 weak signal with woman in Asian language.  NW ewe. 11/30/2013
