Not much going on from 1242 to 1302 utc. HLAZ 1566 did manage a good signal briefly. No Radio Rossii long waves received. 
209    ALASKA, Yakataga, CYT 1246 very weak signal with weather forecast. Active whip. 11/21/2013

529    ALASKA, Level Island,  1245 very weak signal with weather forecast. NW ewe. 11/21/2013

774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1301 very weak signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe. Moderate splatter. 11/21/2013

972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA KBS 1248 weak signal with woman in Korean. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 11/21/2013

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1242 good signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 11/21/2013
1575 THAILAND, Rasom, VOA 1251 assuming the station with poor signal. Bits of audio coming through. NW ewe. 11/21/2013
