Doubt it. Signal was at best VERY weak and was very soon thereafter gone. 
But I can't say anything for certain given I don't have an ID.

Have had HAR and NOAA stations from PA (various though nothing new), and a local TIS-type station in Strongsville OH (new).



I have clips posted in WTFDA Forums form a month ago, or so, of an unusual-sounding unID musical loop. It remains an unID.



Anyone else sitting on 1640 looking for DX
