[IRCA] Radio Rossii 180 heard at 0435 utc

With the A & K index down I decided to check the long wave band this evening. Very surprise to hear Radio Rossii this early.  Hoping that Thursday morning will be good for LW & MW TP's. 

180    RUSSIA, Yelizovo, Radio Rossii 0425 weak signal with man in Russian. Active whip. 11/14/2013
