[IRCA] Country music on 1220

While tuning around on 1220, I caught some country music on 1220, and soon it was overtaken by the IBOC from 1210.  I wonder who that could be.

Earlier, 890, Radio Progresso, 880 Radio Progresso..... This is on my recent eBay find,  a Grundig Majestic 3160U.  This radio has such great audio.
