[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 5 Nov 2013

    It was tough to pin a tag on this morning's reception.  I listned 
from 1322 to 1415, and in some ways it was down on yesterday, but in 
others it was better.
Japan was mostly limited to the more regular catches today, with 
567,594, 693, 747, 774, 828, and 873 all doing well at times (and in the 
case of 774 and 828 for the entire session).  NHK on 702 was in again, 
though not until 1411, and 1422 JORF reached audio, which it did not 
yesterday.   Also unlike yesterday, a couple of Chinese made the trip 
over the mountains, with CRI on 1044 at fair levels at various times 
between 1322 and 1410, and traces of audio from the off-freq Chinese on 
1206.
