Nice catch, Dennis. I'll have to put 675 kHz back on the priority list to check each morning!

675-VOV was heard here fairly often during the peak solar years from 2008-2011, but it seems to have fallen on lean times recently (except for ocean coast DXpeditions).

checking // JOAK to JOVK NHK1. Signal was not NHK1. Again lower channels much 
better than the upper channels. Have a nice week.
