[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-1

Hello All,

Asian results here this morning were very similar to Dennis' report as the TP's partially recovered from yesterday's morbid state. 738-Tahiti started out the session with fair level French female speech at 1310, and in a very rare occurrence, 738-BEL2 also had fair audio on the same morning with Chinese female news at 1405. Besides the usual big gun signals on 594, 693, 747, 774, 972, 1053 and 1566 there were several interesting second-tier Asians, the best of which was 1017-CRI at a good level with its Korean service at 1402. 558-HLQH was also unusually strong (in KPQ splatter) late at 1452 with KBS2 long-set music // 603-HLSA, which was in a fair mix with 603-China at the same time. Other low-band TP's with fair signals this morning were 657-Pyongyang (overmodulated male Korean tirade at 1405) and 639-CNR1 (Chinese male news at 1442).

1053 continues to be an interesting frequency with the Korean Jammer having a TP co-channel much of the time, which seems to be music-oriented (ancient-sounding music, like something out of North Korea). These two were fighting it out from 1315-1400, when the Jammer finally silenced the awful music. It was tough to decide which one of those 1053 co-channels had worse programming.
