Hi,
    I heard the chirper here last evening also. It was strongest on 890 and 
WLS was difficult to hear. It was considerably weaker on 900 and could be 
heard faintly under CKLQ 880 which is a dominant local here. Null of the 
chirper was SSE of here. I thought maybe KQLX 890 Lisbon, North Dakota was 
causing it as it appeared about the time they left the air for the night.

So that wasn't some locally-generated QRM here in downtown Toronto! I 
listened a bit before going to bed at 0100 and it was huge. Sigs to south 
were also strong - 950 Reloj Cuba was dominant, and Cuban-like music on 990 
was also hugely dominant (if R Guamo would be new here but faded and I was 
too tired to wait for a rebound). Hmmm...
