Forwarded from the DX tip listserver.  I got them here at 1919 CDT with Broadway/Vegas-style show music 
and a recorded "WKSH, Sussex" ID by a male.  Never was able to log Cali or Oregon while WKSH was off.  Must be their first day back on.
