Worse than yesterday. The list today is deceiving, and came from
serious digging through the recordings. Those strengths were for a
few moments at a time; very erratic, Often there would be only one
audio on the band at any given time, if that. What little there
was, was over by 1515UT, though 1242, 1323 and 1566 poked up
occasionally after that.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
279 R, Rossii, woman in RR 1402UT
594 JOAK man in JJ 1425UT
828 JOBB EE lessons 1414UT
972 HLCA woman in KK briefly 1420UT
1575 VoA SE Asian language by woman, 1452UT, briefly this strong, then gone
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR likely, man in DU EE 1414UT
738 Tahiti, woman en francais 1351UT
954 JOKR man in JJ 1459UT, gone by 1500UT
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1451UT; heard as late as 1539UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
774 woman in JJ //828 1429UT
1053 KK jammer 1340UT
1116 man talking, DU EE inflection 1413UT
1134 unID man and woman talking 1431UT, maybe lively enough to be the Japanese?
1242 JOLF cuckoo pips at 1500UT
1323 CRI? woman talking RR inflection 1441UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
567 855 891 945 1044 1287 1422 1593
best wishes,
Nick
