My observation in Southern California is that XEMMM has been high in frequency for at least three years. When I can null KFIG or it takes a fade I can occasionally make out the programming, which I have been able to match to its webstream.

XEMMM in Mexicali. Discussed this recently in my logs. Always hear the het in the morning here. Getting definite ID is tough, but DF fits and there have been previous logs of it. See MW offsets list:
