[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-25

Hello All,
 
As others have reported, it was a pretty wild morning for Asian signals, with Chinese low-band stations especially strong. 639-CNR1 had very strong signals at 1410, and three stations were mixing on 738 this morning (BEL2, an UnID Mainland Chinese station, and HLKG in Korean at times). Still going through the MP3 recordings, and will have a full report later.
