[IRCA] TP 22 Oct, Victoria version

Mostly top tier, and erratic, but there were a few odd ones in sifting through the recordings. Also, peak strengths were better than yesterday. As Dennis noted, some like JOUB and HLAZ hung around late, though here, not much later than 1540UT, per the recording.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB man in JJ 1355, still noted with reasonable signal as late as 1538UT
972 HLCA woman in KK 1422UT
1566 HLAZ woman singing ballad 1326UT, JJ talk at slightly lower level 1328UT; this had reasonable level CC talk as late as 1538UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB man in JJ , woman in CC 1338UT
828 JOBB EE lessons 1416UT; only NHK2 audible at this moment

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK never amounted to too much today
738 presumably Tahiti w/woman in FF 1339UT
1053 S. Korea jamming away 1357UT
1323 CRI? woman in RR 1525UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 JOIK woman talking, JJ inflection 1335UT
603 HLSA? man talking quietly and slowly 1420UT
891 JOHK man in JJ //594 1426UT
945 CNR1? man talking CC inflection 1437UT
1575 VoA man and woman SE Asian inflection? 1351UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

639 648 846 864 873 936 1044 1242 1287

best wishes,

Nick
