[IRCA] French Language on 1550khz

[amdxer@xxxxxxxx]

At 00:54CDT I am hearing bits of French on 1550. 
Also heard on 10/20 at 21:09 CDT with male and female,
mentioning Montreal.  

Who might this
be?  CBSI-8 with 40 watts?  I don't have the new
NRC log so is there someone else in FF here?
