[IRCA] HLAZ 1566 still around with audio at 1537-1542 utc

Good Morning,

Many carriers still around at 1530 utc and audio came up on 1566 kHz HLAZ. Man in Chinese with weak to nearly fair signal at times. 1542 utc Heard only on MW ewe.
