[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-17

Hello All,

Asian propagation spent a third straight day in the tank this morning as the same collection of big gun TP's (along with a couple of others) struggled to get up to a fair level at peak sunrise enhancement. The same players as yesterday (594-JOAK, 693-JOAB, 774-JOUB, 828-JOBB and 972-HLCA) were fighting against the grain from 1345-1415 to manage fair audio in and out of the noise, although 594-JOAK did hit a very brief good peak at 1408 with Japanese male talk. Also similar to yesterday, 603-HLCA and 738-BEL2 joined the die-hard group with poor to fair audio during the same time period, as 738-BEL2 briefly rose above the noise at 1355 with the familiar-voiced male talk show host in anemic Chinese, and 603-HLCA (presumed) managed weak music in and out of the noise at 1357. Finally, 1575-VOA also joined the anemic group at 1405 with ghostly male speech in an Asiatic language--its first appearance here during the current clunker conditions. Overall it was another miserable morni!
ng, and no real improvement over yesterday's lackluster session.
