[IRCA] TP Report for Seattle, October 14

It was another slightly below average morning here.  Very little from 
China, but the usual Korean and Japanese signals were there.

As others have noted, signals dropped off just before 1400.

Good
747    JOIB, good at times 1312-1346 w/the usual weather, EE lessons, & 
CC lessons
774    JOUB briefly good w/CC lessons 1333
1566    HLAZ, JJ pgm good at times, fair-nil at other times, 1255-1345

Fair
693    JOAB, briefly fading up w/male JJ talk 1313
972    KBS, in and out with decent audio at times 1305-1427, the usual 
KK conversations and songs

Poor
594    JOAK, female mumbling 1327
657    DPRK, faint bits of tirade 1304
756    M&W talking 1320 & 1328, inflections sounded JJ, probably //594 
but both were too weak to tell for sure
828    JOBB, weak JJ male talk 1315
1053    jammer
1170    KBS (tentative), pips u/KPUG 1300, woman in CC u/KPUG 1320
1206    Yanbian, bits of KK talk 1259 on 1205.96
