Listened from 1247-1432 utc. Wide variety of Asian stations this morning. A lot of Japanese powerhouse stations and second tier stations heard. 1557 Taiwan made a rare appreance this morning. Upper channel stations hung on about 15 minutes past sunrise.

153    RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii 1247 good signal with man followed by pop  music. Active whip. 10/06/2013

180    RUSSIA, Yelizovo, Radio Rossii 1249 fair signal with pop music. Active whip. 10/06/2013

279   RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1253 good signal with pop music. Active whip. 10/06/2013

529   ALASKA. Level Island, 1339 weak signal with weather forecast. Active whip. 10/06/2013

558   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLQH 1254 assuming the station with poor signal. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/06/2013

567   JAPAN, Sapporo, JOIK NHK1 1255 weak signal // JOAK 594. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/06/2013

594    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1302-1304. good signal with in Japanese. NW ewe. 10/06/2013

603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Seoul, HLSA 1305 fair signal with the usual music. NW ewe. 10/06/2013

666   JAPAN, Osaka, NHK1 1307 fair signal man in Japanese. // JOAK 594. NW ewe. 10/06/2013

747    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOIB NHK2 1342 fair signal with English Radio Conversation program. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 10/06/2013

774   JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1311 good signal with man in Japanese. // JOBB 828. Best on Sky wire loop. 10/06/2013
