[IRCA] TP's for Saturday, October 5, 2013

 Got up at 1405 utc. A quick scan of the band with JOUB 774, HLAZ 1566 and VOA 1575. Asian speaking person on 1107 kHz with a weak signal. Was not Japanese. Will give it a try this coming morning.
