Thanks for the information. 

The 1143 Chinese station that has been playing hide and seek here is therefore from the Mainland, which isn't surprising considering the number of Mainland stations that come out of the woodwork here in September. I'm kind of puzzled why 1143-BEL3 isn't showing up along with it, though, at least once in a while.

I just received confirmation from a Taiwanese DXer that 738, 1143 and 
1593 always have the same program.
