Generally a bit better this morning, but it doesn't look like I'll 
get time to go over the recording, so here is the report from the 
live listening.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):

963 CRI presumed, woman in RR 1339UT, surprise of the morning at this strength
972 HLCA woman in KK 1352UT
1287 JOHR man in JJ briefly at this level 1353UT

Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1053 KK jammer peaked about 1343UT
1566 HLAZ man in JJ 1339UT



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1134 KBS man in KK 1342UT
1575 VoA man in SE Asian language 1404UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

918 woman in CC 1344UT
936  Anhui?  this seems very undermodulated but did hear man talking 
1359UT, and CC pips at 1400UT
945 CNR1 man talking deep in murk, seemed //6030 1358UT
954 man talking JJ inflection 1401UT



Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
