KAPL is on with 20 KW day power and ND again tonight. Easily heard in Southern California without an external antenna. I've never heard it from here before.

No trace of them here near Chicago on either my 9:30 or 10 pm CDT recordings. CX had deteriorated for highish latitude by 10 pm anyhow. If these guys continue to run day power at night, hopefully I will nab them.  73 KAZ
