Richard,

TP signals were seriously down here on the west coast this morning, but there were a few die-hard Asian signals that still snuck through with fair to good audio. Only about half of the typical big guns (594, 747, 828 and 972) made it to this level, along with die-hard Koreans on 603 and 657.

774-JOUB is on a tough frequency here, with a Seattle semi-local on 770 usually plastering the frequency. Have a nice day.

774 JOUB was heard briefly.  The signal fading in at 1158, peaking at poor 
strength at 1204, fading out at 1207.
