[IRCA] TP DX for Sept 23



It was a better morning than yesterday. VOA-1575 was quite good at times. The Korean powerhouses were doing OK, but their Japanese counterparts were down a bit. No Alaskans were noted today.

Good - parts of it would be perfectly understandable to a native speaker

Fair - a few words would have been understandable

Poor - faint murmurs in the noise
