Chuck,

Your advice about the Grayland Master Log is appreciated. 

I'll continue to monitor 1143 for more detailed evidence on the identity of the Chinese station(s), while checking to see if any of them are parallel to 738-BEL2. Even if this morning's 1143 Chinese was Henan, BEL3 should show up sooner or later.

Buyer beware.... the Grayland Master Log has not been updated since 
2008. Check out individual reports for post 2008 logs. The 2009 Grayland 
report lists a  1143 Henan log.
