Overall, conditions were markedly better than they have been. Except for
JOIB-747, the Japanese stations were worse than normal. However, several
Chinese were better than normal.
Alaskans were impressive at times, due in part to having an antenna with
a 20 dB front-to-back ratio. It does a nice job reducing the
co--channel stations on 750 and 850
The Good - listenable audio for at least a brief period of time
747 JOIB, JJ monologue good 1339
750 KFQD obliterating the Portland stn w/ID, local ads, etc 1317

780 KNOM, ID & ABC nx o/KKOH 1300
850 KICY ID & "Up for Debate" pgm 1300 way atop KHHO
890 KBBI, probably the one w/BBC "Newshour" pgm 1330 o/remnants of CJDC
963 CRI weak w/their theme mx 1300, much better 1336 w/mx & 1346 w/YL
in RR.
972 KBS, huge at times 1300-1352
981 CNR1, rapid-fire CC M&W talk 1338, 3 carriers visible on SDR
display. Not so good at other times
1035 jammer
1566 HLAZ huge 1339, woman in JJ, choir singing a hymn
1575 VOA, 1310 man in SEA language, "VOA" mention
The Bad - a native speaker could pick out a few words or phrases amid
the noise and interference
670 KDLG (tentative) BBC pgm mixing w/KBOI 1315
693 JOAB - weather report 1302
756 CNR1 BoH time tones 1330, "Zhongyang Renmin Guangbo Dientai" ID,
then CC talk

The Ugly - lots of noise and interference, something was there but it
was not readable
