[IRCA] WZZW back on

Hi All:

Noticed today that WZZW, 1600, Milton, WV, is back on the air, though with a rather weaker signal than they used to have.  They're still //WVHU, 800, Huntington.  Also noted that WVHU is back to running two-station IDs at the top of the hour.
