[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 15 Sep 2013

   Due to a technical glitch (i.e. my brain wasn't fully in gear before 
I went to bed last night). my antenna was set for north rather than west 
this morning, so I didn't get a true picture of conditions.  Did check 
to see if the Perseus accidentally caught any Alaskans but no such luck.
  What I did hear was Japan on 567,584,693,747,774,828, Korea on 972 
and 1566, and VOA Thailand on 1575.   Also traces from unIDs on 702 and 
1593.
