[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle - Sept 11

Today was the best of the four days I've tried so far this season. There 
were lots of carriers, and lots of channels with audio.  Some of the 
higher-powered NHK stations were making  decent appearances. Most of the 
good stuff was below 1100. The high end of the dial was, once again, quiet.

Reallly good audio, at least for a few moments
747 JOIB, male wx 1319, "NHK Dai Ini  Hoso Des" ID by YL 1320, then 
peppy M&W with EE lessons

background 1315.

Weakish talk, generally with recognizable program content
