[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 26 Aug 2013

   No audio today, but definite indication of the beginning of TP 
openings as the strongest carriers at 1200 were 594, 693, 747, and 774. 
  They faded as sunrise approached, and the Aussie carriers on 891 and 
1116 became the strongest by 1215.  Neither DUs or TPs had enough punch 
for any audio today though.
