Pretty dull morning today; except for 738, nothing from the Pacific 
(maybe the 567 carrier), and not much Asia either






not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

279 R. Rossii man talking o/jazz piano 1145UT, marginally better than 
man in RR at 1140UT




Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

180 R. Rossii man talking //279 1141UT
738 pop mx 1146UT and 1255UT
1566 traces of the usual HLAZ intro to the JJ program at 1230UT




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):

567 774 828 972 1629(very messy mix) 1701
