Hi Dennis,
Congratulations on your success in receiving Radio Brisvaani on 1701 kHz this morning, and confirming the identity. That is an excellent catch for your location.
With a generous salt water (and ocean cliff) boost I was able to receive some English on 1701 kHz at Cape Perpetua (near Yachats) last year, but couldn't dig out any definite identity clues on the hot-rodded PL-380. Presumably the station was the Voice of Charity, the usual English HPONS station on the frequency.
Thanks also for your comments on the recent DXpeditions. I wish that you could have heard the monster DU signals-- they make up for the mediocrity that we hear at home :-)

1008 & 1476 produced poor audio. Congratulations to Gary and the Yachats
DXpedition group for coverage on their recent DXpedition. Have a nice week.
