[IRCA] TP 26 Jul; Victoria version

Again a number of mostly quite weak audios. Often the DUs seem to creep through if it is quiet enough, even if they don't have great carrier strength.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

612 likely 4QR 1241UT w/man talking, mention of Northern Territory

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

279 R. Rossii 1200UT, six short, one long pip at 1200UT, then traces of mx. Pretty weak, but first time heard in awhile.
738 man and woman talking, FF inflection 1116UT
756 man talking, DU EE inflection 1239UT, followed by laid back male vocal
774 3LO most likely w/six long pips on hour 1200UT, barely making it through
891 man talking, DU EE inflection 1231UT, maybe sports broadcast, cheering in background

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

819 828 846 1008 1035 1044 1503

best wishes,

Nick
