1566 isn't at its best tonight, but a definitely audible carrier just 
the same.   It's also considerably better than the barely there 
traces that 738 is delivering at 0455UT.   No "smearing" on the 738 
carrier; 1566 is again spread over about 1.5Hz.

 This time of year we have to do a lot of presuming when it comes to 
DXing I'm afraid.
