[IRCA] TP 30 Apr; Victoria version

Definitely a good morning for sleeping.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

not today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

nothing to be heard

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

279 R. Rossii presumed with blues vocals for a few minutes around 1218UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

738 instrumental mx 1247UT
774 man talking 1225, too weak to guess at language
1566 HLAZ assumed, mx w/ woman talking 1233UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

756 plus the ones above when they faded down....it was dull, really

best wishes,

Nick
