[IRCA] WKBI TEST

At 0000 till 0005 I listened and MIGHT have heard something like a phone tone or a siren, however I am not sure.

I give up and going to bed. To much QRN and QRM to pick it out of the mud.
Besides, I am way to old for this stuff.
