Hello All,
It was an unusual TP-DXing morning here, with the Japanese NHK stations generally managing the best audio (and most of the usual Korean big guns fairly subdued). 738-Tahiti made its first appearance of 2013 at this location with fair French OM audio around 1333, and stuck around for most of the session until the band collapsed around 1355. None of these stations were especially vibrant, but the signals from 747-JOIB, 774-JOUB and 828-JOBB were the best that those NHK stations have managed for quite some time here (which is not generally a Japanese-favorable environment like Victoria, or Kalama). 1566-HLAZ was the lone Korean with decent audio, reaching a very good level around 1255 (the best signal of the DXing session).
