I did listen this morning, and conditions were once more 
Asiatic.   Conditions for the rest of the day were rather frantic 
unfortunately, so have only got around now to reporting.    Dennis, 
what time did you hear "filipino" mention on 1215.?...they were 
reasonable at time here, and I still have the recordings.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB  CC lessons 1336UT
828 JOBB CC lesson 1340UT //774


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK man and woman in JJ 1356UT
972 HLCA woman in KK, 1340UT; still some audio at 1414UT as well





not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB CC lesson 1335UT
954 woman and man in JJ, presumably JOKR, 1345UT
1053 KK jammer 1337UT
1215 male talking, definitely not CC or JJ, pretty sure it was 
Tagalog, 1347UT, possibly my mystery from yesterday?  Actually had a 
woman talking across the hour, fading rapidly, and mashed  by 1210 
splatter, so no hope of an ID
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1336UT, and still there at 1418UT, 10 minutes after LSR


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

819 N. Korea, orchestral mx  //2850 1342UT
864 woman talking, JJ inflection?  1348UT
1116 deep  voiced man talking,  not DU EE from inflection, maybe 
another Filipino?
1323 unID music not //5915 at 1341UT, so not likely to be CRI,
1575 man talking, SE Asian inflection 1350UT



Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

Quite a large number, some with audio traces:  558 729 738 837 891 
918 936 945 963 999 1044 1206 1242 1269 1287 1359 1422 1458 1476
