[IRCA] WVBG-1490 DX test

Heard sweeps 9:37 EDT, sweeps, code then more sweeps 9:51-9:53, sweeps and code 9:55.  All very faint, sweeps did better than code.  Knoxville's WITA lost in the night stew.  Thanks to all for this, first DX test here in ten months.
