[IRCA] Wandering tone on 1270Khz LSB

The wandering tone on low side of 1270khz was heard again
last night.  Suspect an unidentified station is
producing a spur that wanders and resulting het changes
pitch, several hundred Hz within 15 seconds or so. 
This signal is very weak but is most noticable when
changing pitch.  First heard two days ago on car
radio 10 miles west of Joliet and again on the R8A at
home.
