[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 03/14/13

I was surprised to hear a few minutes of TP DX this morning.  At 1209-1213 
GMT I heard 594-JOAK, Tokyo, with barely audible flute music.  The signal 
faded away after 1213.

A check of 567, 693, 747, 828, 972, 1566, 1575 and 1593 kHz produce no 
signals.  There was a trace of a signal on 774 at 1229 GMT.
