[IRCA] Alberta TP for 12 March 2013

 This morning  I seemed to experience what the guys out west saw 
yesterday.  VOA on 1575 was fairly good at times between 1320 and 1350, 
but that was all the TP audio to be had this morning.   Quite a few 
other carriers, but none overly strong, and a number seemed of DU origin 
rather than Asiatic.
