[IRCA] DX Test most of us missed

Here's a DX test we probably all missed:

Mar06 08:02 DX TEST THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!  1450 WWXL Manchester, KY will transmit morse code from 10:30 PM to 11:00 eastern. Per station engineer Jody Ritchie....

I checked this morning in advance of a planned trip there in a few days.

Please, if you know of DX tests, or see them reported elsewhere - especially ones put on with very little notice - spread the word to these lists and elsewhere.
