[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-11

Hello All,

Nick wasn't the only one who noticed the unusual signal from 1575-VOA this morning. While almost all of the other Asians stayed down in the noise, Thailand had one of its best signals of the entire long-running DX season, peaking around 1407 with its typical male-female Asiatic language news. While 1575-VOA was pounding in the other TP's sounded comatose, with only 1566-HLAZ managing poor audio in and out around 1410. 1575-VOA is apparently getting some type of weird propagation boost recently, possibly related to the upcoming spring equinox.
