[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

t710   KXMR  ND, Bismarck, presume the one with ESPN off the Eastern
Beverage, badly QRMing KIRO which also is ESPN, but KXMR is delayed a
second. Local spot for Internet Service for North Dakota, no ID caught
but it fits. Unneeded, but they are sure a powerhouse tonight. I can
even hear it behind KIRO on a portable. KIRO has an ERP of about 86KW at
me too. The strongest Puget Sound station I get. (PM-OR)
