[IRCA] FCC may help remove electrical noise

The FCC is considering acting on their current laws to remove noise on the 
AM band.  There is an article about this.  The link is posted on the

If that actually happens, it will at least stop the increase of electrical 
noise that degrades DXing.  I certainly hope they do enforce their laws.
