[IRCA] KWOS 950 Jefferson City MO Day Facilities on Late?

KWOS 950 Jefferson City MO is making a very rare appearance in Madison WI tonight, mostly dominating the frequency. Night facilities are listed as 500w with a pattern that certainly does not favor reception in this direction. Perhaps it stayed on 5kw ND daytime facilities because of the bad storm that went through the area today The station is currently ( 2145 CST) running Michael Savage.
