[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 2-20

Hello All,

Asian results here were similar to Dennis' report, with fair audio from a couple of Korean big guns around the 1500 TOH. 594-JOAK (poor), 747-JOIB (poor), 828-JOBB (poor), 972-HLCA (fair), 1566-HLAZ (fair) and 1575-VOA (poor) all managed to reach audio during peak sunrise enhancement after 1500, but none of them stuck around for very long. A pretty mediocre morning overall, but as Nick said (in probable reference to our die-hard group of TP-chasing fanatics in late February), "beggars can't be choosers."

972 HLCA Dangjin, S. Korea Fair Korean male speech and
music at 1502; best TP signal of the morning
