[IRCA] Alberta TPs (or lack thereof) for 2 Feb 2013

As Nick noted, the DX was definitely turned off this morning.   Zero for 
TP audio today, and middling carriers at best on the regulars, with the 
upper end (1566, 1575) seemingly better( or should I say not quite as 
bad as) the lower end of the dial.
